Home Manager - STR Group

An exciting opportunity for a RGN. We are looking for a Home Manager for a 100 plus bed home specialising in dementia. My client is seeking an experienced individual to join the home in South Wales as the Home Manager.

The Ideal candidate will be an existing Home Manager or Deputy Manager who holds an RGN/RMN Nursing qualification and either has the RMA (Registered Managers Award) or is near completion, coming from a Nursing Home background you will be a strong people manager and a very caring individual who will strive to achieve the best results for the home.

Strong clerical ability is required whilst maintaining a hands on approach within the home, working in accordance with the Commission of Social Care Standards (CSCI) and being able to maximise the homes potential is a key attribute to have in maintaining the effective operation of the home.
