Home Manager - STR Group

Home Manager is required for a 50+ bedded care home for the elderly located in Bristol
My client is seeking an experienced, energetic manager who is customer focused with a passion for excellence in standards provision.

In all contact the post holder will be required to present a good image of the Company as well as maintaining constructive relationships, internally and externally. It's important you have extensive experience in a similar role and knowledge of caring for people with dementia

The perfect candidate must...
-have RGN and RMA
-excellent communication skills (written and oral)
-experience in caring for the elderly
-proven managerial business skills
-the ability to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with external agencies and families
-be in the knowledge of the regulatory framework of the 'Care Standards Act 2000'
