Home Manager - STR Group

A rewarding Position has become available for a Home Manager in Cambridgeshire

You will be working in a 41 bedded Nursing Home. The aim of the home is to provide excellent support for elderly people who need Nursing, Intermediate and Dementia care services.

To be successful for this position you must be registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse RGN, possess the RMA or NVQ Level 4 and have good experience at a Managerial Level. You must also have excellent communication and have the skills to build good relationships with external agencies and Families.

As the Home Manager you will be required to lead a multi disciplinary team and promote the high standards of care as required under the CSCI regulations.
