Home Manager - STR Group

Exciting opportunity to join a small, expanding care home group as Home Manager. Working just outside of Dorchester you will be responsible for the continued high standard of care provision and work closely alongside the Deputy Manager as the home expands from 22 beds to a 40 bedded unit.

This will be a hands on managerial role and requires an RGN and ideally someone RMA qualified also, although a commitment to work towards this if not yet obtained is essential. Duties will include maintaining a high standard of care, dealing with assessments of new occupants to the home, care planning and risk assessments as well as dealing with staff recruitment and training.

The role will ideally suit someone who is looking to grow within their managerial responsibilities and take on a challenge with regards to expanding the size of the home and services offered.
