NURSING HOME CARE MANAGER – RGN

SALARY £35,000 - £ 40,0000

My client is looking for a RGN Home Manager which is located within the Glossop area. This is a large Nursing Home providing care for elderly residents with Dementia. They also offer respite care for the young physically disabled and the elderly mental ill.

The successful candidate will have RGN / RMA and NVQ 4.

The client requires someone with:

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Motivation
Sensitive to the needs of elderly
Staff management and recruitment
Maintain the level of care and service

Previous management experience in a care home environment is essential.
