Development Manager - STR Group

A Position Has become available for a Development Manager in the North

You will be working for a Large Care provider that specialises in supporting people with Learning Disabilities and
Challenging Behaviour across the UK. They pride themselves in working in creative and innovative ways to help people
live life to the full.

As the Development Manager for the North you will be responsible for assisting the Divisional Director in achieving growth
and development targets, in turn supporting the achievements of the national development standards.

You will also identify, evaluate and Tender for viable new services within the division. Work with the divisional Director
and the Development Director to identify and build key relationships with stakeholder's, commissioners other providers and
government bodies.

You will also be responsible where agreed, to build on existing services and projects / social enterprises to ensure viable
growth and development.

The Salary for the position of Development Manager is £ 30,000
