Deputy Manager - STR Group

A Deputy Manager is required for an independent care home in the Plymouth area.

The applicant will preferably be an RMN, or an RGN with experience in dealing with mental health service users. The home provides care for younger physically disabled, complex and challenging service users. The home also deals with a small amount of elderly patients with similar needs.

Ideally the candidate will have held a senior position which involved some supervisory responsibility. The most important thing that the person has a good knowledge of dealing with a similar patient type and is determined to establish themselves within the company, by proving there worth in this very challenging hand-on position.

The salary will be in the range of 25-26k with other performance based bonuses on top.
