My client is a first class care home providing specialist care and support for people with dementia.

They are looking for a RMN trained Deputy Manager to work closely with the General Manager. You will be passionate about providing first class care to the residents. You should have the ability to manage and supervise staff, be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and committed to ensuring your team meets the highest standards of care.
