Deputy Manager - STR Group

A private care home requires a Deputy Manager to come and join a well run home in the South East of England. Caring for 35 elderly residents you will be tasked with supporting the Home Manager and help maintain the standards of care. You will be responsible for care planning, assisting with staff appraisals and running the home in the managers absence.

The ideal candidate will be RGN qualified, have management experience in a care home and dealing with elderly residents. Possessing excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have experience in medication control.
