Clinical Theatre Team Leader - Trauma Scrub Band 6 - STR Group

A large and friendly theatre department are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Theatre Team Leader with proven trauma and management experience together with a mentor qualification to join their team in Dorset.

You will be a senior theatre staff nurse/ODP with valid NMC/HPC registration and revelent supervising/managing experience. You will have exposure to a variety of procedures including Orthopaedic Trauma, General Surgery, ENT, Major and Oncology, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Maxillo-facial and Laparoscopic for both adults & paediatrics.

You will you will have the passion and the drive to uphold and provide an excellent quality of service to your colleagues
including consultants, junior staff and to your patients with a flexible team spirit. It would be an advantage to have a
assessor qualification such as an ENB998 or equivalent qualification.
