Job Description:

The main responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse Manager is to effectively manage and lead the team of nurses and nurse assistants, ensuring that at all times there are adequate nursing staff with the appropriate skill mix, providing clinical leadership, participate in the assessment of patients. Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care and rehabilitation goals are achieved.

Ensuring clinical records are maintained, relevant case review nursing reports meets required standards and reporting deadlines.

You will be required to have relevant clinical management skills and experience in one of the following areas: Brain Injury, Neuro-disability and Rehabilitation. including employment law and staff development, with the ability to communicate on all levels.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

* RGN
* Current registration with NMC
* Strong Management Skills
