Care Home Manager - North East - Up to £40,000

Are you an experienced Care Home Manager, looking for a new challenge in the North East? If so this may be the perfect opportunity for you! My client is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager who is a qualified RN / Registered Nurse for their beautiful care home (for general care and dementia care). Working among like minded professionals within a well established Care Home Group, you will enjoy a fantastic supportive environment.

Suitable candidates will be an RN / Registered Nurse and will have excellent interpersonal skills. You may also have RMA (Registered Managers Award) although this is not essential. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and carers, and report directly to the Regional Manager. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential. Candidates applying for this role will have strong communication skills and be focused on providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for residents.
