Care Home Manager - Ipswich - Up to £28,000

Are you an experienced Care Home Manager, looking for a new challenge in Suffolk? If so this may be the perfect opportunity for you! My client is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager who is ideally RMA/NVQ Level 4 qualified and has previous experience in working in services for people with disabilities. Working among like minded professionals within a well established Care Home Group, you will enjoy a fantastic supportive environment.

Should you not be RMA/NVQ Level 4 qualified you should be prepared to undertake this. You should be be keen to progress, be an excellent communicator and have the ability to progress your career.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the operational running of the home. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and carers and ensure the team enable the residents to lead a valued, fulfilling life and to maximise the potential capacity of all residents physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential.
