Cardiac Medicine – Band 5 Staff Nurses - Medacs Healthcare

Medacs are currently recruiting staff nurses who have a strong clinical background in the specialist field of cardiac medicine. This a fabulous opportunity to join a dynamic team, working within one of the largest NHS teaching Trusts in the UK.

The unit provides tertiary level service for all patients with cardiac disease in a wide catchment area. The centre comprises of an 8 bedded coronary care unit, 25 bedded cardiology ward including 6 HDU beds, cardiac rehabilitation services, cardiac angiography, pacing and day care unit.

To apply you should be NMC registered, have excellent communication skills and be an enthusiastic team player. A skilled practitioner able to deliver a high standard of care within this specialist field, you will be knowledgeable about the care of acutely ill patients.

In return you will have the potential to develop professionally with an individual induction programme, regular teaching sessions, and a range of courses run in conjunction with the nearby university.
