Absence Case Manager - OES Healthcare

Our client is an established Multinational private healthcare provider and is seeking an Absence Case Manager for their offices in Greenock, Scotland. This position is a fantastic opportunity for Nurses/ OHAs to develop their careers in a rapidly developing market with a different approach that traditional Nursing jobs are unable to match.

The primary role of the post is to provide information and recommendations to Line Managers and HR staff, supporting them in managing their absent employees. The aim of the absence management is to ensure the right expert resources are applied at the right time - the ultimate goal being to return fit employees to work as soon as possible.

Experience required:
* You must be an RGN, RMN or OHA with a minimum of 5 years experience.
* An OH qualification/ experience is desirable, though not essential
* Experience of absence management is desirable.
* Experience of managing own caseload desirable.
