We are urgently looking for permanent carers / Healthcare Assistants (both experienced and those looking to get into the healthcare industry).

We have nursing homes in Cambridgeshire which cater for both Adult General Nursing and Dementia Care currently seeking carers.

You will assist in all procedures relating to resident care and participate as part of the team in achieving set standards.

The post will entail:

Working under supervision, not necessarily direct, most of the time.

Participating in rehabilitation of residents where appropriate, and to assist their mobility and general well-being.

Assisting in achieving and maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Ensuring clear communications with residents, visitors, other staff and the general public to maintain the good reputation of the business.
