Chief Nursing Officer - OES Healthcare

This excellent private hospital is seeking to appoint a Chief nursing Officer with the ability to provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team and to set the tone for patient care consistent with the values and ethics of the Company.

The successful candidate must ensure effective management of clinical services and ensure the safety of all staff, patients and visitors by implementation and monitoring of relevant policies and procedures. As a member of the Senior Management Team you will participate in the strategic planning of the hospital and to assist departmental managers in achieving their expense of revenue targets and you will be expected to deputise for the Chief Executive Officer in his absence.
